Oil & Gas Investments- Anyone have any insight to his latest come on

for an under priced micro cap that someone is accumulating a large position because it is severely under priced below its book value and he sees it as the best thing since PEIX was a penny stock. He opens his pitch with Cabot[1] Oil and it’s possibilities and then moves into the micro cap promising huge returns. Wish I could translate this sales pitch better but it’s late and I’m tired, (lol)
