Oakridge Global Energy (OGES) Flies 72% on TV Coverage. Just Wait ‘Til the Next Airing. August 1, 2016 2:15pm PDT
Dear SmallCap Network Members,
Hello everyone, and welcome back from the weekend. Before we get too far into the new trading week though, I want to backtrack just a bit and ask… did everyone see Sunday’s televised look at Oakridge Global Energy Solutions (OGES)? Somebody sure did. OGES was up a whopping 73% today (no that wasn’t a typo) following the national exposure.
I hate to be the one to say I told you so, but, I told you so… http://www.smallcapnetwork.com/Oakridge-Global-Energy-OGES-Flies-72-on-TV-Coverage-Just-Wait-Til-the-Next-Airing/s/article/view/p/mid/7/id/2129/ – Long #Gummunity – Ben
Ben, You do an amazing job of finding outstanding information. I have gotten more than few book marks and several stocks that I have invested in if for no other reason to than keep track of them. I was even in OGES for a while, but they have aways to to get back where I first saw their share price. Their last announcement was all the same forward looking statements left me wondering where the beef was. It may just be that their PR/IR people don’t have any technical knowledge and engineering is not helping them. The only thing that makes Oak Ridges batteries different is low self discharge. Leave their motorcycle battery sit for a year and it will start the motorcycle.
$OGES long – Griffin, that is very kind of you sir. 🙂
I look forward to you sharing your talents and expertise in the storage, precious metals and Information Technology Investor tools development and other areas as well… There is incredible, untapped strength and synergies here in the Gummunity. I received an update yesterday from LWP Technologies in Australia. The update was to let everybody know that the general assembly of share holders had approved the issuance of 27 mil shares of stock. Well, how bad is that going to dilute stock. I checked the share price LWP:AX on yahoo, 00, huh. OK, why did I sign up for this, well LWP is looking to start production batteries using graphene in India. You can play the hype or do your DD and if it is really worth putting some $$$ in this company. According to this link and looking through my update folder it doesn’t appear that LWP has approval of their patents yet. IMO this is very risky.

Redox Flow Batteries, the technology behind nanoflowcell, are are a very interesting alternative to lithium batteries with the main advantage, that storage and use of energy are separated.
There are first technical applications (e.g. https://www.betterworldsolutions.eu/smart-grid-battery-redox-flow-battery/).
However, for the time being it is difficult to evaluate nanoflowcell.com technically and commercially due to their scarce information policy.
It would be interesting to learn more about them
or about more powerful companies in the filed of redox flow batteries.
May be it’s a pity that Elon Musk did not know / not consider this technology.
I recently emailed Bill Radvak of American Vanadium concerning sales of their CellCubes. I received a reply which was a stark summary of what American Vanadium is dealing with in the curent storage battery market. He did provide a link to an update on the “UTSA, NRG Energy and Microsoft announce new flow battery research initiative”
