CECBF—Long…Hey Griffin, Edski and all. I just received an E-mailing from Casey Research about… Liquid Electricity Cubes.. and guess what picture was on it. It was a Cellcube VFRB. The story started like this…..These Cubes are a mega-industry ready to explode as high as 6400% and how you can cash in this year ! We should see some movement at least for a little while in these stocks. I know from my end, these VFRB’s are definitely starting to gain traction from Power Utilities because of their safety, size scalability, ability to charge and discharge at the same time and their long life…..Cowboy

Cowboy good to see you, but Travis beat you to “Liquid Electricity Cubes”, CECBF was not on his list perhaps there should not have been a list. 😉 I received a letter from GIL this morn and Eric thinks Vanadium and Gold have bottomed and are due for a reversal, I tend to agree Gold has been bouncing around $1300. Looking at the alternate energy mag posts collectively there does appear to be a ramp shaping up. One of the recent posts has an article about a couple of newbies building a hybrid (li-ion/vanadium) battery in the UK.
https://www.vanadiumcorp.com/news/industry/world-first-grid-scale-lithium-vanadium-hybrid-project-will-be-in-the-uk/
I’ve pretty much been holding ‘pat’, my Australian stocks have shown a bit more up this week I hope thats’ a precursor. I think $VRB is beginning to look interesting.
btw I was part of a group on skype that petitioned ASX to kick out the old management and Board of Directors to put in new. It is still on going but interesting to be part of. $ASX:HDY couldn’t pass at .04 a share, not currently trading.

Griffin…COWBOY!…. Allcaps because it reminds me of when I worked in DC, I went to a Korean Deli and I wore a cheap black ‘cowboy’ hat sometimes, and he would yell COWBOY when I came in. Named a sandwich after me…(think it was full of Balogna!)

Yeah guyz….we are still getting some mention with the flow batteries, and installations. There are quite a few companies doing this, so hitting the nail on certain ones is the hard part. I do wish us well, and our choices for success, mentally AND monetarily.

Great to hear your personal perspective from the Utilities Cowboy. You are our hands-on and eyes guy out there… Unfortunately, there seems to be a lag in understanding and grasping the safety of VFRB. And so help me, if one of these guys stated to package a small battery for living off the grid, and selling it only for that, well….after I bought two of them, I’d buy more stock! Talk about potential sales!!!!!

Take care you guys! That ‘bad knee’ …..can you still feel your knee, or are you too busy to think about it? Good hearing from you both and take care of yourselves.

Here it is;

https://www.stockgumshoe.com/reviews/international-speculator/are-liquid-electricity-cubes-really-going-to-be-a-mega-industry-you-can-cash-in-on/

It does look like gold is trying to make a run, I have enough gold in my portfolio waiting to see if it happens. I have an explorer that assayed some good vanadium and became a 3x. Most of my metals are in Australia, but all are down 40-50% so I’m holding. I think it would be better if someone really had a plan. I’ve got to find time to work on my spreadsheets.

$FYI – Electric car battery with 600 miles of range? This startup claims to have done it

“The company claims to have made the world’s first 1,000 Wh/kg rechargeable battery. (Watt-hours per kilogram is a unit of measurement commonly used to describe the density of energy in batteries.) By comparison, the batteries that Tesla uses in its Model 3 — the so-called 2170 cells — are an estimated 250 Wh/kg; the company plans to eventually push that to 330 Wh/kg. Meanwhile, the US Department of Energy is funding a program to create 500 Wh/kg battery cells. If Innolith’s claims turn out to be true, its high-density battery may have just leap-frogged over those targets.”

“The 21700 cell format is one many believe can increase battery density, thus positively impacting overall power. In power home technology, Milwaukee Tool announced two new cordless tool battery packs, including a high output segment that carry 21700 cells, up from the 18650 format in pre-existing series.”

$CECBF – Article: China’s biggest flow battery project so far is underway with hundreds more megawatts to come

Actually received an update to this article CellCube this morn but couldn’t find it on their web site, I’ll check again. The one take away I get from these articles is that China has more Vanadium resources than comparable Lithium, Cobalt, Manganese resources. What I’m not getting a handle on is why have vanadium prices gone up unless they had a short fall. Will that short fall repeat Globally on the acceptance of this very large VRB.

SPNRF, CECBF— Long… Griffin, Edski hope all is well with yall. Thought about you today Edski…I was consumin a bologna samwich, ( thick sliced Petit Jean brand and fried of course, with a big ole onion on it ! ). I’ve been too busy with storm work to reply here much, but check in when I can. Looks like VRB Energy is movin right along…just don’t understand SPNRF sittin at the price it is. I guess people don’t know the connection with VRB Energy ? I have been tryin to buy more at the .03 range , but can’t ever get a fill on it. Bout to hack me off too ! Don’t have to have much money tied up at that price to have a good position when everyone figures out the connection and how big VRB is in China. I hope they go public soon too. Thanks for keepin the thread goin here…We WILL have our day in this sector ! ….Cowboy

Hello. No. I did not get into EVSI, and honestly have not followed it too closely. But it looks like your little Happy Face could mean that you got in and done good with it. Ihope so! Best of luck with it.

I remember thinking that it sounded like a great idea, but a few things have interrupted my investing.
1. Lack of funds.
2. Lack of faith in the general market.
3. Lack of funds.
4. I never get into IPO’s, having watched most reverse share price after offering.
5. Oh…lack of funds.

I hope it works as it seems to be just a matter of renting space, (or getting free space based on landowners willingness to draw in traffic). I did not really look into costs and maintenance of the chargers.

Flow batteries are, as you have pinted out, gaining acceptance in a larger field, but to get the public into actually knowing that these work, and becoming commonplace in our brain set, I think that offering small versions for the home would be a most valuable teaching tool as well as seeing these charging stations.

I’m pretty much in the same position waiting for something to break instead of continueing to slide down. Last month $EVSI announced record revenue up 336% didn’t have any funds so thought I’d wait to see if it was an anomaly I already had a fair position. Well 3 weeks later and boom up 25x. That certainly changed my perspective. The product looks good I don’t think they have to do much more than anchor it in the ground and turn it on. Start charging EVs. They have been selling them to schools and hospitals but I hadn’t seen any contracts more than 10 so was notm expecting this at all.
