The 3 houses where 2 sold for 400,000 and the third could be bought for 100,000?

This is the analogy that Oil and Gas Investments gives for their newsletter where he is
just a minnow and he has spotted a whale buying up a micro-cap at whatever price
he can. Does anyone know what he’s talking about? Or better yet a 400,000 house
selling for 100,000?
