done some research, looks like a previous tease by Dr Joe Duarte, all signs point to $ARGS, and according to some unusual buys in the month of August (2016), there may be some good FDA news being released soon. Could pop, but who knows? Jim Pierce Is a pretty good financial advisor, so looks like it may be a good buy and hold.
