today I heard his pitch for his coaching sessions on how to sell Oil Options.
Interested folks must apply and then pass an interview before hi will tell how how much, which is typically a bad sign. That’s all I know so far.
All the prices for his services are listed on his website upfront.
I’ve been following his podcast for over a year, and listened all the way back to the beginning. From the beginning, he sounded like a genuine guy who wanted to help people. However, partway through the podcast he mentioned having started taking personal lessons/mentoring from a marketing expert, and from that point everything began to sound like a sales-pitch to the point of cringiness.
His heart may still be in the right place, but I’m not a fan of the way he has set himself up. For someone who claims to have been burned by stock “how-to” scams, he’s sure modeled himself to resemble one on the surface.
I attended the Webinar on the Blank Check Trade (selling options on crude oil). No details on the program. Follow up is a phone call. First phone call is all about many are screened and few are accepted into the program. But I passed. Second call, still no details but questions about average trades and account size. Then they drop the bomb: $10K for the whole program. I said it seemed a bit steep so that was the ned of the conversation. Definitely sales practices. Tell them your account is under $30K lol! No thanks.
I got his pitch email today. It seems he has switched his model to a one time fee for his oil options trading book for $7. I am debating whether to buy it.
