TRUE ALPHA’S “Secret Penny Stocks”Does anyone have an idea what this pitch is about?

Reading through the Penny Cap Index teasers, they all appear to me as biotech companies. The only one that piqued my interest enough to read through the pitch was the one that was related to Russian submarine detection. Anyone with more insight into this “penny-stock”?

the latest from True Alpha suggests that major companies create a secondary listing for their stocks on another exchange at bargain basement prices to raise cash without diluting current shareholders.
How would someone find these secondary listing’s and the exchanges their on? I couldn’t find a recent review from Travis regarding this promotion!

I use TD Ameritrade and they seem to have everything. Most of these penny stocks seem to be listed on the OTC markets. I think the size of it determines the rest, but there’s a lot of em…OTCQB, OTCQX, OTC Pink, OTC Grey Market to name a few. Depending on your broker, they may give you access to some or all of them.
This relates to stock of foreign subsidiaries, here are some of the examples:
Foreign Stock #1: Coca Cola Amatil Ltd. (CCLAY)
Foreign Stock #2: Wal-Mart de Mexico S.A.B. de C.V. ADR (WMMVF)
Foreign Stock #3: IMAX China (Hong Kong: 1970)
