the top of my list goes to Hillary Kramer who promised to give an average of 3 double a month. I don’t think I had one, I had a flock of losers though and decided to cut my loses
and run. She never lived up tp her hype and they even pro-rated my refund which made my loses worst. I also was burned a few times by Motley Fool and $TCS and a few others . there were a few others such as $GILD who I thought for sure would skyrocket but let me down and Cisco which just sits there,
