It certainly got me interested. I wasn’t willing to sign up for the subscription so I did some digging and I think Quantum Materials Corporation may be the firm Stutman is referencing.

Just another scam video to boost a dead stock and day traders to take your money. These videos are put out by scammers. They buy a million bucks worth of stock the night before and as soon as all their readers start bumping the price they sell off when they make a couple hundred grand. SCAMMERS.

I call bullshit on this presentation, he’s bagging on solar as if our inability to capture more efficiency is going to be the death of us all? What? Who cares, solar is at grid parity and that is all that matters. It’s a done deal. Efficiency is nice, but truly does not matter 20% of free sunlight is still free. You don’t need 100% efficiency. Solar City (and Tesla) have no place in this presentation. The do not make solar modules. Solar City installs solar systems and will install whatever technology that comes along. If the company being pimped here make a breakthrough , great, we all benefit, but this has nothing to do with Musk or his companies. True, he needs to turn a profit bad, but still, no need to drag him through the mud and try to make a link to him that is not there.

I did some digging on business wired based upon the clues.
I think another candidate, as well as quantum, could be Octillion OCTL
Recently Ken Coleman’s investment tracter sent out an article … if you google “octillion stock” and go to the article …..Octillion Corp. – ADVFN.com. You can see
It seems to have some flavor similar the teaser. Not sure though

If this material costs $2000 per gram, then, this is technology is not economically viable for use in solar. For any business plan to be successful you have to consider cost of materials. Silicon is 50% less efficient but costs over 1000 times less.

So what Frank? obviously its priced according to what its worth and value it provides, and what people are willing to pay

Well, I don’t know the actual cost per gram of silicon film used in current solar cells, but I don’t think its anywhere near $2000/gram … I would guess that its closer to $20/gram (maybe even less). So lets look at it from a Power output vs Cost of materials perspective.

Even though a Nano-Dot solar panel generates 2 times the power, the cost is 100 times more. So the Nano-Dot technology costs you about 50 times more for the same unit of power output.

The question is: Are you willing to pay 50 times more for the same amount of generated power. I’m not.

It is QTMM and is backed by the Chinese Government. Recently finished plant and about 6 months till full on production. Will the cost come down on these ” nano dots” with another big player in the game? Can’t say, but it might be the next big tags to riches stocks or the cost may not be driven down and it is irrelevant. I think if the Chinese government is backing this it might be worth a little gamble.
