hi,
I came across the site :
http://www.angelnexus.com/o/web/120388[1]

written by Jason Stutsman.
the claim is very aggressive and seems a miracle . a very efficient energy harvesting – some 66%. energy harvesting day and night ! probably much less efficient at night
& the stock sells for 15 cents.
gallium arsenide is much more efficient than silicon. Alta Devices C , US has such a process, was sold to a chines conglomerate. is it possible that Jason refers to this one?
if you know what Jason is referring too, please open our eyes , or comment
thanks
Eli
