The PPK System, is it viable?

Does anybody use this system. It issues a buy (on upward moving stocks, small cap stocks) when the gravity trend crosses the momentum line forming an X. It is being sold by Rick Pendergraph as the PPK System, discounted at $79.00 for 2 years. Is this system a viable indicator for investing?

judging from the nearly empty review panel bees below, the PPK system remains largely unknown to many, let alone, been shown to many to be unproven or untrustworthy.
Looks the PPK system is based on the little known Aroon indicator .
