Marijuana plays an IPO and a .39 cent stock ready to soar

I got two notices this week one was an IPO[1] for Monday that’s supposed to take off and another from Angora that a 50 dollar investment will turn into a small fortune. The current price on this one is supposed to be .39 cents, anyone see this or have any ideas. Thanks
