And in a landmark settlement they agreed to pay a historic sum of money in perpetuity to those affected.
This became known as the Master Settlement Agreement.
And it stipulated that for the first 25 years of the deal, a bare minimum of $206 billion was to be awarded to those eligible to collect.
But the most important word in this agreement is ”perpetuity.”
This Master Settlement Agreement has no end date. Big Tobacco is legally obligated to pay out this cash forever.
In fact, we estimate they’ve been paying out about $686 million a month.
And it may surprise you to learn that you could personally claim a tax-free portion of this settlement!
Every month a check made out for $2,300 could arrive in your mailbox.
Even if you’ve never smoked. And neither has anybody in your family.

Besides, This is coming from the home of “Dr” .Kent Moors, Tech “Guru” Michael Robinson, Tom Gentile and an entire Tent of “circus Clowns”. Although Shah Gilani has some decent insights from time to time. they seem to have almost as many newsletters as the Dow has stocks!! all about subscriptions!!!
If these payouts started in 1990’s, the white collars have taken all available funds for themselves. Why are we getting teased now in 2017? From what I saw in my state, it appears one can buy into a bond, but have no guarantee of perpetual payouts, it hinged on the amount the state receives from the tobacco companies. If payments to the state decrease, your bond payments stop. If it seems too good to be true…lol No free lunches once again.
I question his recomendetions or articles he puts in various subscriptions. Read my article below any many other complaints.
I smoked from teenage years until 1989 and kept having trouble with my tonsils every year i was diagnosed with asymmetrical tonsils , they gave me a pill and told me if it did not go away it was cancer. I kept getting laryngitis, strep throat, until I got scared and quite in 1989, it hurt too much. My sis just died of 4 stage lung cancer 7/29/ 2107 she smoked for 40 years I wish I could claim a part of this for all the tears I shed. In 2011 I lost my other sister to Bladder cancer sh smoked from her teen year, until 5 0f 2011
I really wish they had to pay the people involved with this , but do I think this is real? how do I get this or is it a scam ?
Scam! This is the same thing as that General, from Nigeria, that’s going to transfer $8.6 million dollars to me after I give him all my financial information, go buy a gift card for $300, and send him that information to”cover costs”. I was born at night, just not last night.
