written by reader Scheduled for June 23 rd the CD19 Vaccine for cancer.

By backoffice, June 15, 2017

A small company located in Texas will release it’s findings and results
from 110 clinical trials on a treatment centered on a patients immune
system where the T cell will recognize and phagotize the cancer cell.
The release of their findings should lead to licensing fees that should
cause the price of the stock to explode.

With all the hype, Bellicum is DOWN this morning.

Have you heard of ‘buy the rumor, sell the news’ ? That is what is happening now as people are taking quick profits. It also presents a good buying chance if you are of the mind that the company is going to make bigger gains later.

Great research all. I’m new at this so hopefully, i’ll be able to do research like this sometime soon. I purchased BCLM on the hope that it might be the “next big thing” but unfortunately, it has been dropping this morning….

Being that you are new to trading I would suggest reading some trading books for beginners. Remember that the market is based on supply and demand. Also read and learn technical trading. Lookup stock charts.com and learn how to chart the stocks you are interested in so you can see where the stock has been and the historical price data. You will learn a lot about a stock from its chart. Nothing goes straight up and stocks have to correct to continue up. It’s actually very healthy. Some very basics to start with would be to watch your entry and exit points. For example is it trading at all time highs or all time lows? If it is trading at highs watch for pullbacks to enter your trade or buy half of your investment and then buy the rest after you see how the stock trends. Being that you’re new to trading stay away from speculative hype like these type of stocks that haven’t made any money yet. What happens is that these people sell pipe dreams to get you into the stock and that bids the stock up higher and then they get out and the stock drops and you are left with losses. Also only invest what you can afford to lose. I only bought 500 + worth of options and did well but there have been plenty of times where the trade went in the other direction and I lost. As a newbie you want to buy quality stocks with maybe good dividends and then when something speculative comes along maybe you buy a little bit and see what happens. Plus you have to figure out the risk vs reward. You risked 1300 or so on BLCM and you have to ask yourself how much would you have gained? If it went up a few points you would only make a few hundred dollars on that trade. You also have to tune out some of the noise from the people that are selling the subscriptions about it doubling or quadrupling within a few days. While it can happen using options, that is something for more advanced traders. Just watch the stock ticker every morning and see how many stocks have that kind of movement. It’s Very rare. Sorry for the long winded response but you seem nice and I don’t like when people get taken advantage of. Good luck to you!

I sold my options this morning at $2.13 for an average win of over 500% but it was gambling and I got out right before it started tanking. Buy the rumor and sell the news. There is no way that the rest of the market wouldn’t already know about this company. By all of us figuring out which company it was without paying their ridiculous fees you should be ahead if you played it right. Good luck.

so you think it’s had its run? it has a target projected price of $24. I bought it at $13.57. it’s dropped to $12.93 (currently) but I think i’m going to hold (at least for a little while) As I said, I’m new to this!

Bellicum. They are based in TX, have 388,000 in revenue and match the Money Map advertisement that gives the company name for those that subscribe.

But no mention on FDA calendar https://www.biopharmcatalyst.com/calendars/fda-calendar

BLCM Stock is down today

Has anyone checked out Moleculin Biotech Inc in Houston Tx? What are the chances that it is THE small Tx lab that’s about to bust open? NYSE symbol MBRX.

I thought I would add to the discussion as far as the mindset when investing in pharmaceutical companies. Pharma stocks are in a unique category – ESPECIALLY companies largely (if not entirely) in the research stage (products stuck in lab testing and trials, not FDA approved, not brought to market, etc.). These stocks are enormously volatile because they’re almost always operating with very large losses (tens of millions of dollars in losses per quarter) with their gamble being they’ll recoup costs once the drug(s) get to market (pay back VCs / investors). I mention all this because many are alerting daily movements in BLCM with some anxiety, and these movements very typical in a pharma stock. Price movements are all over the place – sometimes (often) in large spikes in both directions in a very short amount of time. The best way – in my opinion – is to invest in the end game or not at all. Of course, be prepared to lose whatever you invest – especially in pharma stocks. For me, before investing in pharma stocks – or very volatile low price stocks (“penny stocks”) – I ask myself, “Do I see this company going out of business?” Then, if I decide to buy shares, it’s simply a matter of average cost per share. When I realize I bought higher than the market reveals after several weeks (maybe days or months), I’ll buy MORE – assuming I’m still bullish on the stock – once the price dips, thus lowering the average cost of my position. High risk…the price for very high returns; that give-and-take is always present in these stocks.

Has anyone seen the announcement from Money Morning. I have little doubt that it was Bellicum, but they sure have been quiet today.

I purchased shares and still plan to hold – there were a lot of compelling reasons to buy Bellicum – plentiful insider buying, institutional holdings, exploding future growth, an exciting product that nears final clinical tests, etc.

The best answer to your question is that no one knows anything for sure – aside from the FDA and the board of directors.

Did Bellicum just apply for a Patent?

The BPX-501 T cells contain the CaspaCIDe® safety switch for use in the event of GvHD, allowing the add-back of T cells in order to promote faster immune recovery and anti-viral activity after a T-depleted transplant procedure. The Company expects to report initial top-line data from ongoing clinical trials in the HCST setting in December 2015.

In July 2015, the intellectual property for BPX-501 was strengthened with a U.S. method of use patent issued to Baylor College of Medicine. The patent, licensed exclusively to Bellicum, is scheduled to expire in 2031.

I think this company is the real deal. I hope price goes down even more so I can buy more. I agree with what another poster stated as to we probably won’t see a big jump and he thought that this would evolve over time.
I hope this is another INCY. I started trading it when it was $6 a share. I would sell on jump ups and buy on drop downs. My latest on it was i bought 6 july 125 options for 6.50 on june 7. Sold june 27 for 11.47 –2,980 profit. Wish it always worked out that well

Happy to have bought AVEO some time ago, very pleased and looking forward to 20-30 within the next 2-3 years. Also hold Bellicum, fingers crossed, hold and wait for the future. FDA easier to approve in the future. Money to be made on smaller drug startups and liscencing.
