Oxford Club and the Dark Trades –Anyone know what the Dark Trade pitch is all about?… I like some of Oxford stuff they are really pushing this. Is it worth a look?

I believe the “Dark Trades: are options
I was thinking Dark Trades are the insiders (CEO, President, Executives) buying and selling in large blocks of shares. They are required to announce to the SEC that they will be making these purchases IN ADVANCE of the purchases. So if you monitor these announcements, then you will get a glimpse into a future run in the stock as it is theorized that these people have knowledge of company facts long before an analyst does.
