Just got the every day spam from Stansberry. ”1-tap app”, already has 700 million users, will rule the world…

TCEHY is the symbol. I did not find much in them but Suggrudd made a compelling argument about them. I’ve followed him over 10 yrs & have had better than average results.

Looking up Stransberry and tencent, pretty much confiems he’s talking about tencent.

1-TAP is owned by TENCENT- TCEHY is the US stock symbol.
I downloaded the WeChat app to see what the fuss was about and doesn’t appear to be designed for the US or EU market. You cannot use Visa or Mastercard with the pay function. You can only chat with other people who have the app. Obviously, half of the people in China use it, but it will need some tweaking to grow to the rest of the world.

I already own PLPM, and I know they allow payments in many currencies, but never heard them say anything like One Tap! Stansberry is somewhat of a TWIT, but Steve has made me money. I spoke to Porter Stansberry, in Vegas, about a certain company I had read about and he acted as though he had never heard of it. 2 days later I checked and it was one of Porter’s Own Recommendations!!! What was the Stupid act all about? He also couldn’t believe I cashed in $8,000 in Bonds and turned it into $368,000 in 2.5 years —All in Options! It was between late 1997 and early 2000…..I had Options in MSFT, JDSU, QCOM and RFMD $40 calls and it went to $120 in 3 months….ea. $900 and contract became almost $48,000 ea. I had 20 contracts, but sold them @ $12, 000 ea….and about $15,000 0n the last 5–early. I know…but around 1500 % in 2 Months, was Crazy Profits and I’d be Crazy NOT to take them. Who Knew it would go ballistic!!
Porter was all “Nobody makes that kind of $$$ in Options!” about 8 people were their listening. I put my phone on speaker, called Schwab and asked the Rep, “What amount did my account start with and where is it now??”……Rep., “It began with $8, 137, and currently stands at $353, 860” People were Speachless and Porter was Red Faced and Pissed! He refused to talk to me after that! 1 month later, I cashed out 80% on March 17th 2000 at $368,000 Lucent was another Winner….76 Jan 2000 $90 Calls I sold when it hit $130 and the last 26 when Lucent hit $148 —–Porter just Can’t be wrong, I guess. No matter how much he Loses!
My account is not up there, anymore….but the Nasdaq in the late nighties was a wild Ride…some swings in my account were $50,00 to $80, 000 a day …the Worst was $350,000 down to $189,000 in one day ….2 days later, through in $50,000 back into Lucent and 1 week later, back to $356,000 –CRAZY! Porter Stansberry is a KOOK!
This is not about my trades (Remember the Monkey & the Dartboard?? —he did well too, as long as he hit Tech Stocks!) This is to show how “Flawed” Porter is! I made $30,000 off some Argentinean Bonds Steve Recommended. He was the Only One making the call. It unfolded Exactly like he said it would, time Frame, Amount and Velocity! Like he had a Time Machine and came back to make the Trade!

What about Alibaba and Antfinancial who just bought AGTEF a tech company, and AGTEF is in partner with Paytm that has Alibaba investment
IMO the stock is STM Microelectronics, also pitched by Paul Mamphilly.Anytime you see the tiny processor sitting on a dime you know it’s STM.
I would have guessed Apple as a first guess. But TCEHY looks right.
