Really bothered me that after I bought his intro package, I was not sent everything- Then I was asked to join an elite group costing, I believer, $6000 that would allow me to meet in New York and play ping pong with Mr. Altucher. I think he likes most to write articles and tell people things they don’t know much about- like history and reflections on overcoming adversity through a personal proactive lifestyle (of course fo a charge). I’m really not into Cult worship or going to meet anyone to play ping pong and I guess we’ll all just have… Read more »

Why do they charge the rest of us is a better question. Giving us this information could in no way hurt their investments.

If I had all the answers with my fortune secured like Altucher claims I would give my secrets away.

Altucher sounds like an interesting guy. He’s also a chess player, besides being a table tennis player. I just subscribed to his newsletter. I also subscribe to several other newsletters. I find it very amusing when they try to get me to join their “inner-circle”, saying the are only allowing a limited number of investors to join, so you better act quickly. All the writers are good salesman, besides being able to recommend good stocks to invest in. They always call your attention to their successes, and never give you an accurate figure for their net gains and losses. Stock… Read more »

Altucher is nuts ,never pay more then $50 to max $100 for advice, the dearer services are very poor to worthless, they are rip off schemes. They are never early in a real buying oppertunities ,they just follow the herd after it advanced a lot they jump on the train pulling more people into something that is allready overpriced untill the music stops. Bitcoin made him a millionaire he claims ,why charging thousends of $ for advise to make this pyramid going up to in his opinion $1 million/BTC within 2 years,if they only charge $100 many more people will be attracted… Read more »

I joined about 6 weeks ago for the quarterly offer and to date have not gotten anything you can’t get by researching the Internet. Also, they indicate 2 recommendations a month and that has not happened, they said to sell Bitcoin Gold but none of the places I have Bitcoin (Bitcoin IRA and Coinbase) recognizes Bitcoin Gold, so the recommendation to sell it for Etherum is a bust. They offer more in Altucher’s Report for $49 a year on cryptocurrencies.

There isn’t much support with this offer when it comes to “how to’s” for the basics you mentioned, like buy/sell coins not found on Coinbase. I bought the Altucher thing for $2K, but recommend the less-expensive other Agora product – Palm Beach Letter “Silver” level. It’s another set of coin recommendations, lots of overlap though. They have a ton of information about how to get around in the real world of cryptos, you would know how to get from any coin to any other, plus more, from their guides available online instead of dribbled out to us like the Altucher… Read more »

Anybody know what he’s talking about in his “one line of code” ads?

Late to answer this bu I believe he was referring to the line of code that shows it will have a cap on the number of coins ever to be produced. Like Bitcoin has with 21 Million.

I just read that there are 1,374 cryptocurrencies, and growing. I may take a few
years before they become more acceptable. It’s a terrific concept. Trying to pick which crypto-company to invest in, is even more difficult than selecting good companies producing and distributing the various forms of marijuana.

Didn’t go for the 3k deal took news letter @ 40. So far (2 months) it appears I’m paying him to fill my inbox with upsell spam.
Suspicious when 3k is discounted deeply and/or he is buying computers with your money to gift back to you as part of the deal..
Also no refunds but if not satisfied he will give you another year for free..Gee more spam. He uses free a lot….the guy is slick IMHO

Well I read very much about crypto currencies.. and I can assure that Altucher newsletter is a scam. he is only a good seller… and as we say… he would sell a fridge to an eskimo! I do not say that he is wrong with his prediction that the bitcoin would reach 1’000’000$— but you do not need to pay 3’000 for predictions like this… it may happened .. but also not…

I find the psychology of “selling” to be very interesting. My friends tell me that I have been wasting my money subscribing to all the newsletters that I have subscribed to in the past two months. I was never involved in selling any man-made product, and I doubt if I would be a success. I can’t see myself telling lies to unsuspecting customers. I may not benefit financially from the newsletters for which I paid approx $4K, but meanwhile I enjoy seeing what they have to say. The consensus seems to be that most subscribers with from one newsletter service… Read more »
