Has anyone seen this article from Manward press? Any ideas?

I’ve seen this program touted by a few others as well. Palm Beach, Money Press, and even Stansberry. Everything I’ve seen or responded to always requires payment.
Jed I took a chance on Palm Beach, Money Press and yes, eve Stansberry. I want the free into they offered! Not a penny to anyone!
did you get any profitable information?
I hate these babble on and on saying the same things (scientifically if a human hears something 7 times in a short period they remember it better and that’s a cheap trick used by Manfred and some Commercials)
I can’t find anything ON this program except from Manfred who want’s 49.00 USD for financial and stock investment advice. I wish it were true but I think it’s just another con man spiel,
How can you capitalize on Geothermal Resources Development?
https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/30/1144
U.S. Code § 1531 – Feasibility study loan program
(a) Authorization; purposes
The Secretary is authorized and directed to establish a program of assistance for the accelerated development of geothermal resources for nonelectric applications by geothermal utility districts, geothermal industrial development districts, and other persons.
(b) Maximum amount of loan for costs of administration; cancellation of unpaid balance and accrued interest
(1) In providing assistance under the program established pursuant to subsection (a), the Secretary is authorized to make a loan to any person to defray up to 90 per centum of the costs of (A) studies to determine the feasibility of any geothermal development described in such subsection, and (B) preparing applications for any necessary licenses or other Federal, State, and local approvals respecting such development.
(2) The Secretary may cancel the unpaid balance and any accrued interest on any loan granted for a study pursuant to clause (A) of paragraph (1) if he determines, on the basis of the study, that the geothermal development is not technically or economically feasible
how much you have to pay for joining the program
I believe this is the Government rental system as describes by one of the ‘fundis’ at Money Press. Every Gov.t dept is req’d to pay rent for the property they occupy. You can invest in a RET just like any other shares and they pay out ‘rent’ (dividents) annually, quarterly or monthly. Shares range from $8 odd to $80 odd and ‘interest’ (dividents) vary from 8’ish % to 5’ish %. In the end it means that you have to invest vast sums of money in any RET, in order to get an average monthly income as demonstrated in the blurbs. If I had access to the vast sums needed to generate any of those returns, I wonder if I would need to invest at all (unless I’m super greedy)
The thing says info is free! Give me the info then as I listened to you babble for I don’t know how long?!
Hard to believe and why have to pay Manward press to find out how to collect?
Exactly. He’s the only one this time, there always seems to be one con on the go and they trade off quarterly.
Ya these guys all seem to be desperate and very greedy with there subscribers. I have tried them all! And they all continually try and reel you in and suck your wallet dry, Especially The Oxford Club, Stansberry Research, Agora Financial to name some. There all buddies supporting ea. Others clubs. Their long videos are So——Obnoxious. Mostly bragging about themselves or telling tou how Salley and Bill made a fortune. Caution on all these guys!
Similar ad sent out in August, said “you need to have your money in place by October 1” rather than the current ad that says Dec. 1. Must refer to Trump’s massive $1 trillion dollar infrastructure plan, which is stalled currently. Maybe they’re touting infrastructure stocks that pay dividends.
Oxford, Manward, Agora, Stansberry, ETC. are all less than honest promoters of get rich quick schemes that you have to pay for. The info is never “free”.
It’s NO secret that they are PUBLISHING COMPANIES! PURVEYORS of information like most information some is good and some of it isn’t. It’s up to the individual to determine if the info. is worth the price or not! Most offer money back or easy cancelations! A lot of it is the opinion of “experts”
I think it’s a con job…if you are able to stay awake during the so and so received x amount of $$$…it would be believable if those alleged people were real, we can hear what they say and we can find out where they work. When these come out I automatically dismiss them as a con. He names ‘people’ and amounts A LOT. Yet there are no real people that received information from him and made a killing in the most dangerous place to play with your money …Wall Street
Ha! You’ve been listening to DT too much! Not everyone’s a con!
Yes Warren, I agree, most of these newsletters fully honor their refund guarantee. If the information doesn’t help you they will give you back your cash. Do they over hype ops, yes! Not everyone qualifies or can get over “the catch” in some of these offers. It is not fair to stab everyone in the back who asks for money online. I think most of them are a rip and overcharge and that is why this website is a good place to start before you join all of these investment programs. God bless America, freedom for suckers and those who charge gold for a 5 cent lollipop! Smile
Ha, Evidence that you are a victim of the DDDoA or The Socialist professors running our Colleges and Universities buoyed by the anti-AMERICAN mass media which is owned by 6 International Corporations that want a weaker America!
Go Travis, go!!! We all want to know what this is !
As a U.S. born, Navy Veteran, Retired Law Enforcement Officer and living just on SSD with my wife, I would think that I would be put on the list without having to pay someone like all of the other web-sites have offered. WTF?
Exactly. I keep getting tons of offers that then want more money than I get monthly from social security.
Yeah, it’s like, “Look, pal, if I had $5,000 that I could afford to pay for advice, I probably wouldn’t be looking for info on PENNY stocks”. 🙂
This sounds like it could be muni bonds.
I’m getting the feeling it could be the same thing Tom Dyson was promoting awhile back….maybe one of those Whole Life insurance policy things that allow you to extract gobs of cash? TRAVIS, WILL YOU FIND OUT FOR US???
I did call Tom Dyson’s promotion and found out that Tier 1 Capital is where the Whole Life Ins policy thing is out of Philadelphia. I have been trying to contact the guy and he has called here several times but I was out. Way I figure it is you get $100k life insurance and you have to take loans when you want money against the policy. How is that getting you any money? Paridigm out in Utah has the same thing offered and is also a Whole Life Insurance Policy. They say this is the 770 Reagan Plan that congress has but have not gotten all the information yet. Have to listen to a 1 hr spiel but haven’t yet. Think its all a scam to get money???? Ann-Marie
Whole life insurance as an investment has been around for decades and can be a good investment if you are lucky enough to die young!
When it sounds too good to be true – it’s truly a fraud!
I think I found the answer, in Wikipedia:
Build America Bonds
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Build America Bonds are taxable municipal bonds that carry special tax credits and federal subsidies for either the bond issuer or the bondholder. Build America Bonds were created under Section 1531 of Title I of Division B of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act that U.S. President Barack Obama signed into law on February 17, 2009.[1] [2] [3] The program expired December 31, 2010.[4] . . . .
Thank you, Langdale Pike!
So NO ONE has any ACTUAL information about making money on this 1531b program? If you do, please tell us HOW! I waste too much time with Altucher, Money Map, Agora, Penny Pot Stocks, Keith Fitzgerald, and I haven’t made a cent!
I have wondered if anyone is making money on these types of programs. Or are they the only ones making money from people who buy their advice? I’m watching something from Bill O’Reilly now and wondering if it’s worth the time to even watch it.
Travis, T-R-A-V-I-S!!!!!! Can you find out what this is for us, please???? PRetty please?
Sounds like a lottery to me. Ten people will win but millions of people will risk their money and lose. The losers will pay the ten people who win and the balance of the losers funds will go into Trump de Dump’s pocket.
Trump’s plan is tied to rebuilding US infrastructure(roads, bridges, etc.) How can people be making money from this when his plan doesn’t exist yet and is stalled at the end of the legislative to-do list? The companies the hawkers tout will have stocks as expensive as Boeing and Raytheon. I could afford maybe 2 shares and what would I get from that? I’m doing okay with stocks up to $7/share with documented growth. Remember that if it sounds too good to be true, you might as well buy a lottery ticket. The odds are about the same. If this Manward Press guy got 500 people to sign up, he’d be making $24,500 and you be holding a $49 booklet that tells you how to make a fire and catch a fish. If you take the time to learn the basics of how the stock market works, do the time-consuming research and due-diligence of tracking small-cap stocks with documented growth, and use trailing stops, you’ll do fine. Invest with knowledge, not emotion and forget those carnival barkers.
Penny Stocks are a gamble, but the Lottery is just a ripoff of the people that can’t afford to buy stocks. I once tripled my money in penny stocks in one week. But I also lost 95% of my investment in a scam company also. With penny stocks, NEVER INVESTOR MORE THAN YOU ARE WILLING TO LOSE! And you have to watch them every day.
Diane – Nice reply. I’m working on exactly what you just stated. Thank you.
I recently saw the ad for manward press 1531 b royal road to riches, since it was on
another stock picker newletter; I just ignored it and didn’t read the marketing hype
The usual affiliate link thing, crypto genius spills beans on fantastic crypto profits.
Like nobody is aware that Bitcoin headed south during the winter and is not expected to return north any time soon.
If anyone knows some valuable information on 1531 b I would read your post.
The stock picker letters are in my opinion mostly bunk and sales pitches. Ciao
Go get em Travis; after you rest up from your charity bike ride.
It has to be bonds. They are talking about how YOU can profit. Sounds like dividends to me.
Nothing in life is free. If you do your own due diligence with some of the picks, you have a chance of doing well. Some of these guys are better than others at picking stocks. You do have to pay to get the information. I certainly don’t have time to research all of the stocks out there on my own. We all know these news letters hype all the time. You need big money to achieve some of the returns they talk about some of the subscribers make. You aren’t going to make $3500 a month investing $500 in an option. You could if you invest $10000 and get a 35 % return, which by the way, is doable. But no one makes profit on 100% of their picks. It is impossible. If you can do 70% and manage your losses, you can do ok. But DO YOUR OWN DUE DILIGENCE ON THEIR PICKS BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR TRADE. YOU ARE INEVITABLY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CHOICES.
I invested the $49 in Manward and I got some pretty good picks for very little money. I also got some options calls for about $1,000 and they made money from day one. Of course you cannot afford most of their advise but at least I learned how I could make my $49 back!
Any info you can share about the 1531 b program?
