Despite the negative comments about this company on this board, it continues in phase 3 trials and the FDA[1] has allowed the compound to be utilized even as the trial progresses. So what is the real story here?

As I mentioned in another discussion, Kevin Tang is on the board and he has a great nose. He also has Rob Rosen from Heron with him. I know him exceptionally well. Between those two you have brilliance coupled with complete unpredictability and potential for disaster, making this a very binary outcome. I DO respect Tidmarsh. Don’t know his team.
Thanks for the reply. Am new to the biotech stocks arena. Since they are allowed with FDA permission to distribute their product, would not logic suggest that the FDA almost certainly will approve the outcome?
