$ARTH atlas long

Apparently holders of ARTH shares will be mauled by the dilution relatively soon?

Does anybody have any idea if there’s any possibility for the shares to take one last swing upwards before the dilution or is it game over for us small timers?

It sure has been an exciting ride so far but paying up has to end at some point.

yours, Finn

$ARTH OW Long

If history is any guide, there may be a bit of news that will drive up the SP, to what level I do not know, and then TN will sell a bunch of ARTH stock to cover his salary and his directors for the next year.

Thank you kindly for replying. Let’s hope everyone here are able to get out without damage to portfolio.

Very unfortunate it had to come to this point with ARTH. Such technology but such waste of effort, time, money etc.

When is this massive dilution due?

So, does this mean the IPWR is a false lead?

This is a long thread about ARTH. Anyone coming on here plugging other stuff blatantly like pasrby did. Well yes. It is a false lead. Someone just plugging that particular stock. IPWR is probably worse then ARTH. If it could sell itself he/she wouldn’t be here plugging it.

Hey doc Bonz why don’t you order some ac5 and see if it works. If it does we can start some PR on how great it is. If it doesn’t we can all get out before dilution.

Don’t know what it would cost but I work for a large hospital system. They make all the purchases. Even if it were free, it would have to be approved by the pharmacy committee at the central hospital in Pittsburgh and that is no easy task. Especially for an unknown medication or device. Finally, it looks like they are shooting for the wound care indication for now. Internal surgical use is in the future. Looks like the self assembling peptide gods are saying β€œNO AC5 FOR YOU” Dr. Bonz!

Hello all, You know what I think is sad about this procrastination & poor management by Arch Therapeutics, this impending share dilution, this whole frustrating $ARTH thing? It’s that we, the stoic Gumshoe $ARTH-holding community, will eventually, and maybe soon, give up on Arch Therapeutics and its product that we know should be worth the struggle. We’ll put our remaining funds to a better use, and then our little Gumshoe $ARTH community will disperse and our little time in history will be lost. Everyone out there! I enjoy your (sporadic) company, and will miss you if you yield to sensible… Read More Β»

Where did “that if we” come from? Ignore it.

Well said Penny. It seems that many of us “came together” over this lumbering stock. Lets hope we finish with a bang!

Frank

Unfortunately DD…..Well I have bailed. Yeah it sucks. I just dumped 3 million shares over the last 3-4 weeks. Great product. Unfortunately terrible Management. Norchi could never adapt to change. Throw him a curveball and he becomes a deer in the headlights. He had no business running this Company. Now we have found out the true meaning of “on-the-job” training. Good luck to all. There is value in the product. Just no value in current Management.

I have seen people talk about it the last few days……but I had no idea how to do it. Regardless – I was pretty much out before this subject of a vote got broached. And actually – the main reason I got out so quick is I came upon another small start-up I think is getting ready to hit. So I wanted to free up as much cash as soon as possible. It has been a year and a half since FDA approval. And they haven’t sold a nickel of product. They frigged around for soo many years……that by the… Read More Β»

The eligible voter(s) is usually determined by shareholder of record as of 2-10 weeks before the vote. So, I suspect most or all of your shares will be eligible for voting. For shares held at a brokerage firm, you can log in and vote online. If you have any issues, there are online help/chat for that.

And I don’t think it will come down to them having 800 million shares outstanding. But the fact they are talking about it isn’t good. Ultimately it is a meaningless vote. What happens if it gets voted down and they are at 400 or 500 million shares. And have no money to continue..? Would you rather see it go bankrupt? Or have them issue more shares…?

And the fact that I am out now doesn’t mean I am not pulling for it. I would love to see it hit tomorrow. It doesn’t look good. But stranger things have happened. It is always possible someone offers them a very half-ass licensing deal on the basic AC5. Just enough to pull them through without major additional dilution. Probably not. And I wouldn’t count on it. But as I say. Stranger things have happened.

deanbob – I don’t think it will come down to them actually raising the stock count to 800 Million…….But you never know. It appears they want to keep all options open. And they are letting people know early. Here is one possible scenario. They just raised some cash by dropping the warrant cash out price down. via long term investors. It may mean they can’t bring in anyone new. The last true dilution was maybe 6 months ago. The stock price was around 20 cents and they issues shares at I believe 16 and a half cents. So lower then… Read More Β»

And one other thing I will add. The external trials really weren’t that complicated or expensive. All things considered. It wasn’t like a drug trial. Not that many people were involved. Yet the FDA came back on them for another trial. Internal trials however….. Well who knows. It is one thing if you cut your hand and a band-aid fails. Quite another if you are in serious surgery. These trials are going to be much more intensive and extensive. It could be a long expensive process. Not just 3 months of applying an external band-aid.
