Excellent Discussion & a Very Good Summary, JPM had an internal memo suggesting that even though CPI & PPI rose more than expected because the dollar was declining & the policies were aimed at growth & jobs, the prospects were good for many stocks. Stockman has always been talking about financial bubbles & as you said it well he could be right sometime, I had not been aware of some of the stocks on your transaction list – it bears reviewing again. Thanks much.

Travis, Great communication and very insightful. I own many of the stocks mentioned but the one that has surprised me the most is TTD. Jeff Green keeps talking about piercing the walled garden but I don’t know how he is going to do that since these companies deal directly with the advertisers. They can also afford to match any price he offers because of their scale. Unless he gets assistance from a major aggregator, that may be a tall order. Nevertheless, I do not plan to sell because of the huge potential but would like to know what others think.
Also, I don’t expect it to disappoint next week because the problem of last quarter was mostly due to loss of some retailers’ accounts, especially Sports Authority.

Thank you for a great dialogue as usual.

Travis – $MPW – This unnerved me, in respect to buying $MPW at this time:“Chairman, President & CEO of Medical Properties Trust Inc (MPW) Edward K Jr Aldag sold 489,971 shares of MPW on 02/15/2018 at an average price of $12.39 a share. The total sale was $6.1 million

I think I’ll hold off buying for the near term.

    P.S. Great article!

    Thanks Doc,
You’re candor, perspective and logic are refreshing.

I am a happy camper who at 72 felt the need to increase his net worth due to a unexpected marriage. I have been and still am 100% in equities since 2014, but moving this year at some appropriate time, into more cash and some bonds.

I have already moved to 25% cash and will increase that to 35% over the next few days if the market cooperates. Cash will be king and the rest can wait for Master Time for a shot at the throne.

Have any interest in Canadian marijuana stocks? I got in late (November), made a bit of money and will ride a few of the larger companies into the summer and possibly beyond.

    Keep throwing ink our way!

I am astounded by the number of emails I have received in the last five years about the crash to come. I figure folks will predict it until it happens and then share their past prediction to fleece people.

Travis – I too own OHI and have been perplexed at weakness. RE what insiders really feel, there has been strong buying recently here in high 20s, and selling last year in the 30s.
So that tells me mgt. is optimistic.

I get the part about you being 73 but your mother also being 73 doesn’t fit too well. But between crypto currency, same sex marriag, legal mariyana my 79 year old mind say’s ” Let It Lay.”
