OK what’s this IPO that claims James Altucher may have signed his own Death Warrant?

Getting in on this Pre-IPO[1] will mint millionaires overnight, he’s making claims that this company out of Pittsburgh is positioned to be worth somewhere around 9 trillion dollars, and the time to get in the back door is now. What could this possibly be Travis? Even if it means buying into ETF’s who may have a piece of this. Google has 300 million worth of this company.
