Rising India soon to be Rising Biosciences

Is this a legit company?

I have been hearing a lot of discussion on this company and I was wondering if I should take the time to invest maybe a small position in this company. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.
I have not researched the company, but from a quick skim of their website (and stock chart) it looks like opportunistic penny stock junk to me. If you’re interested in marijuana I’d look first at companies that actually have some revenue and file with the SEC or in Canada, trading in promoted and manipulated penny stocks often doesn’t go well for small investors.
It’s always possible that a tiny reverse merger penny stock can turn into a real company, and, as I said, I haven’t looked at this one in detail… but there are so many scams and junk companies that look just like this that it’s hard to justify digging much deeper unless you have a lot of time to kill.
