He claims to have an algorithm that picks up front trades from dark pools? You subscribe for $2,000?? Is this a scam? I think you can monitor dark pool trades for a lot less?

Hey, Travis! That Magic Sqwauk Box by Zach Scheidt is Baaaack…. is it really true that he can send you a black box that alerts you to a dark trade that could earn you thousands every week? I’m SO tempted. But I need your input since I’d have to borrow the 2k cost and I’ve made some dumb choices in the past. Please, Travis?
Haven’t covered it… but no, not in the literal sense. And please, please don’t ever borrow money to subscribe to a newsletter!
Hey Travis, is the squeak box by Zach Scheidt is it really true you can receive alerts from the black box and earn thousands of dollars weekly. Is this scam?
No, of course it’s not true. There used to be “squawk box” trade notifications on trading floors but that was decades ago — it’s all digital now and all faster than imaginable. This ad has been around for a long time and I don’t remember the details, but generally these types of things are premised on following signals in insider or institutional purchases, based either on actual trade filings for large holders or on spikes in trading volume. Either way, if a computer can do it then there is no “edge” for an individual investor (or newsletter).
