I signed up and was supposed to get a pre-IPO prospectus but guess what, it didn’t come.

How can I buy stock before the IPO . My funds are small however I would like at least the opportunity get on board as soon as possible.
How do I invest in the company be fore it declares to go public
Best to cover all different types is Call the company directly investors relations they will let you know if they are early pre ipo or late . Late usually you have to be acreated investor
