What’s the $3 stock Casey’s Research is talking about with China’s kill switch on the US military?

It seems our military is dependent on China[1] for materials that direct missile systems to their targets and without it those weapons and others will be rendered useless unless this $3 company comes through it could provide a 1,127% return. Have you seen this Travis and have any clues?
