Federal Rent checks?

By lvbeach18, July 22, 2018

What is this tease about? Sounds like a REIT investment to me. Like DEA. Am I right?

Far too much talking . . . . too much sizzle makes me suspect a huge exaggerations in the reports . . . .

The Federal Rent check information has to do with investing in Real Estate Investment trusts (Reits).

Is that what the video was all about I saw today?

It takes a whole team business to do.

this is just another way for an ‘investment adviser’ to separate you from your money by offering to sell you info on pie-in-the-sky schemes that never work out for the average person

These federal rent checks are nothing but a scam. I went to one of the sites and tried to post a comment that I thought it was just that, a scam. It is nothing but to make money for DL Barton, not for you. This other site would not let me post because it was the truth and they didn’t like it so they deleted my post within minutes. I tried to post again and no matter what I do it will not accept any comment from me. More proof that it is nothing but a scam!

I thought that the story that I was reading was real on msn.com. After watching the video, the gentleman made it sound like this was a real deal. After sending the intial fee, other products were offered. The more I clicked “no thanks” the harder it was too get out of the site. SO YES, THIS IS A Scam.

Be careful about any “too good to be true” offers. I got scammed out of $2500.00 because I trusted a scammer. Do excellent research first. And if you decide to seek further about this, do not send them any money if they tell you they need that first.

I used to read a lot of the Stansberry reports a few years ago….I think this is likey “GOV” the Government Properties Income Trust. Landlord for IRS and others. Touted as very stable, 10% yield.
