What is this tease about? Sounds like a REIT investment to me. Like DEA. Am I right?

Sounds too good to be true. Is it

I find nothing but rent rebates and section 8 on google. What is this

    What is this.

Far too much talking . . . . too much sizzle makes me suspect a huge exaggerations in the reports . . . .

The Federal Rent check information has to do with investing in Real Estate Investment trusts (Reits).

It takes a whole team business to do.

this is just another way for an ‘investment adviser’ to separate you from your money by offering to sell you info on pie-in-the-sky schemes that never work out for the average person

These federal rent checks are nothing but a scam. I went to one of the sites and tried to post a comment that I thought it was just that, a scam. It is nothing but to make money for DL Barton, not for you. This other site would not let me post because it was the truth and they didn’t like it so they deleted my post within minutes. I tried to post again and no matter what I do it will not accept any comment from me. More proof that it is nothing but a scam!

Be careful about any “too good to be true” offers. I got scammed out of $2500.00 because I trusted a scammer. Do excellent research first. And if you decide to seek further about this, do not send them any money if they tell you they need that first.

I used to read a lot of the Stansberry reports a few years ago….I think this is likey “GOV” the Government Properties Income Trust. Landlord for IRS and others. Touted as very stable, 10% yield.

He tells you in the first 5 minutes that this is NOT a Government Program, although he doesn’t spend any more time saying that.

  13. Gisela Connelly says:

The government rent-check teaser is one of the most blatant misinformation circulated via email on the internet. And yes, it is all about investment in high dividend paying REITS. Even the former Chief Investment Strategist of the monthly Utility Forecaster publication, Roger Conrad, did not view it beneath his dignity to circulate his rent-check teaser. Many Investment Advisor firms are following suit, promising monthly rent-checks of substantial amounts. In my opinion, this is unconscionable and calls for an Order of Cease and Desist There is no free lunch.

  14. Marilyn Steben says:

I was concerned about the fact that nobody had any information with the telephone number to call so I gave up on this one and the Trump Checks and a few other ones that sounded so great—free money—it gets us every time.
