Does anyone know what Stephen Leeb[1] is referring to when he talks about the future of oil[2] and the Saudi Royal Family’s new development?

This refers to “Brandt Oil” which is said to replace Brent in diesel first and then in all EVs around 2030. Trump has signed directive for all states to survey for deposits. Tiny company supposedly has a 5 year lead. Search “Brandt Oil”. Travis: any thoughts? Thanks.
Leeb’s latest pitch involves 3 companies he says are set to soar due to the Saudis building an enormous solar power generating project.
So what is “Brandt oil”? Coal gasification used by Germany in WWII from South Africa originally? Named after Willie Brandt the Postwar German PM? Anything for a tease???
