Canadian IPO of TSXV: RIV or Canopy Rivers IPO

Could you please tell me if there is any way to get in on the Canadian IPO[1] of TSXV: RIV or Canopy Rivers IPO?
Since I live the USA.
Also, if there is not way ..and I have to wait for the US IPO, how and where can I keep track of when it will be offered?
Also is it possible to get a a list to buy before the rest of the public?

It looks like by not being able to participate in this IPO, we escaped a falling hammer and can get in at a lower price now if desired. It trades OTC as CNPOF. I have no thoughts as to whether this would be a worthy speculation, but would sure welcome the thoughts and comments of those more knowledgeable!
