The Oxford Club[1]’s teaser by Matthew Carr[2], regarding a new law, C-45, is set to take effect in a certain market in mid-2018… granting exclusive legal immunity to a small set of marijuana[3] companies. Not only that… C-45’s favored companies will get the right to sell marijuana internationally! Nasdaq researchers confirm these approved companies will be essentially “legal monopolies.” That makes a massive chunk of the growing $140 billion global marijuana market these companies’ playground! They basically get it all to themselves! That means ONLY the preferred marijuana companies with full legal status will go on epic runs. I’m talking 10,000%. 20,000%. Perhaps even 50,000%. And as you’re about to see from REAL stocks… potentially a rare 100,000% over time. I will show you how these explosive stocks could turn a small investment today… Into $1.5 million in profits. “Who am I”: I am a retired State Trooper, who, unfortunately, was diagnosed with Incurable, Stage IV, metastatic Head and Neck Cancer shortly after my retirement. My plans after retirement were to land a job as a Police Chief in a large City; the best-laid plans Of Mice and Men I suppose. Plan “B” was to learn how to invest my small sum of money in order to have more to leave for my kids before I go. (I live on the Chesapeake Bay, so perhaps a small fishing boat for myself, to take my father and my children on weekly fishing excursions).
“My Question”: It is an exact copy of Matthew Carr’s teaser; I copied and pasted it. My question is, “What stocks are the “legal monopolies” the Oxford Club is teasing.
I am sorry to read about your diagnose, I hope your retirement dreams come about. I hope you get a complete recovery and pray for you and family. Try using Turmeric root in your daily food and use it for smoothies, etc. Switch to organic foods. Avoid white flower, etc. As far as Carr’s teaser goes, he may have a point if things settle down and a clear picture on the status of companies working in the area he is covering materialize, He is calling this the end of “Prohibition” #2. You probably know what that is.
There are some companies he is recommending , mostly based in Canada, that are working on the medical use of certain plants. They are large companies run even by doctors. Their products are used in research and prescriptions. They are expanding into food and drink areas and moving to export, so that opens a lot of opportunities. They have been around for a few years and have a good production growth track record. I subscribe to Carr’s publication (Strategic Trends). I would not state their recommendation names here for obvious reasons. All companies he is recommending have taken a beating in the last 2 months and for the whole last 12 months period overall as things have been going in different directions in that period. They are transitioning from the inflated speculation stages to the reality state of show me the revenue. They peaked up last year and have been falling since then. Some have now a reasonable PE and seem to be hitting a bottom at values similar to what they were before the speculation spikes..
The ones with solid foundation and continuing high revenue growth would seem to be the ones with the greater future potential.
He is pitching a low subscription fee of 49 and guarantees that with full money back if certain goals are not reached in 1 year with money back and a full second year. That’s an unusual guarantee and it seems to show his confidence. Like anything else no one should place too much hope on anything in this world. Keep risks to a minimum and do not go into anything with more than what you can afford to lose. That is 5 to 10% at the most for just about anyone to invest into anything other than a home. Speculative investments call for an even lower threshold, (1%). If they ever go up fast, one can do well and get some bragging rights. If they fail one does not lose much.
I will wait for our gumshoe experts to review his recommendations to decide what to do in this area.
