I’m looking to retire in a few years (<5) and i’m trying to build an income portfolio. I’m thinking of putting 2% of my portfolio into NYMT but can’t seem to find a whole lot on them. They have paid a great dividend over the last 15 years or so….. all opinions are welcome …. thanks
