Just got another Curzio spam touting a Company “With humble roots in cattle ranching and fruit farming, this company now manages world-class properties… providing leases, utilities, and resort amenities.”

It’s supposed to be up 10% in the last few months which leads me to think its Limoneira, although the description seems to match Tejon. Guess it may be something else to. Cheers!
