I read article about new energy source discovered June 2017 by US military scientist, Scott Grendahl. The energy source was derived from mixing water with anogalvanic aluminum. The military patented the technology, and placed an ad in the Federal Register in the summer of 2018. It appears to me the military was looking for a company to lease the patent rights. After this point I have not been able to locate any further information.
