I read article about new energy source discovered June 2017 by US military scientist, Scott Grendahl. The energy source was derived from mixing water[1] with anogalvanic aluminum. The military patented the technology, and placed an ad in the Federal Register in the summer of 2018. It appears to me the military was looking for a company to lease the patent rights. After this point I have not been able to locate any further information.
Any assistance is appreciated.

    adding to Sally S. info.
Signed up for free newsletter on Energy and Capital and under the banner “Consider upgrading your subscription, and check out the latest research from Energy Investor, our premium publication, below!” there is a video ad using Scott Grendahl as the teaser. (Google search on his name brings up Army site, nano-galvanic aluminum-based powder, aluminum hydrogen)
