Mims Motors — “the worlds first black car company”–who are they?

I have been asked to look at a crypto currency investment and one of the reasons given was that they (ProCoin) will be handling the customer accounts for electricity used to recharge the EV batteries.
Does anyone know if Mims Motors (currently based in Nevada) are a real company with a real product ?–or another scam?
Google them –there are a few promotional videos , but I was hoping someone from your side of the world might have much better information.
Their claims are huge but I found them quite unbelievable working with what little I know about the car manufacturing game.
