What do you think of selling covered calls on IIPR?

I considered doing so recently and didn’t find the price quite high enough for the calls to actually make the sale, but it’s at a valuation where selling calls seems generally reasonable. Lots of risks still out there for IIPR, including the risk of full legalization cutting into profitability both for the company and its tenants.
So much ado about largoRes but shares keep falling….
Are you still accumulating LargoRes?.
