Preformed Line Products – infrastructure play

I went scrounging around trying to find an infrastructure play at a compelling value. PLPC hit my screen. Seems to be unfollowed and ILLIQUID. However they should gain from upgrades to Telco and Utility grids/5g etc.
PEG ratio <1, Price close to Book, Pays Divy, low EV/EBITDA.

Did I say it’s ILLIQUID? So don’t buying it and blaming some dude (me) posting a stock on a message board. Anyway, if anyone has any thoughts on this company, they are much appreciated.
