Ive been watching Akts on the Nasdaq exchange and was thinking of buying some however it jumped a massive 22% on Tuesday don’t know the reason any thoughts from our readers?

This is s pretty pumped stock. (Mauldin Economics most recently) The Management team admits that if things go really well they will have to seek a partner in production. (a telephone update on Seeking Alpha) They have budgeted 25 Million per year for expansion….but they don’t yet have a lot of revenue. The burn rate seems to test the ability to provide extra production facilities out of their own resources. Success spells as much peril as a failure. Nothing like seeing a ‘great news’ event that announces a major dilution in shares to create more production.
I apologize on the limited references and cloudy analysis but my research has been plodding.
Other research here notes the reverse-split accounting games of the company’s origin.
Critics say that they have an inventory of many dated patents they are relying on. The newest ones are for 5G compatible uses have yet to achieve full productive mode. But this first email confirms they are close.
