I’ve been holding BLCN (Reality Shares NASDAQ) and KOIN (Innovation Shares NexGen) for 3 months now. Buy what, specifically, is your question? (I don’t want to second guess.)

I had thought similarly when I opened positions in these ETFs: invest in blockchain technology — i.e. the platform that cryptocurrencies run on — rather than rhe coins themselves (which can come and go). At that time, I made note of the holdings for BLCN & KOIN, a combination of companies that already use the technology, those that provide the infrastructure and a roster of semiconductors.. Their differences (at the time I invested in them last March) were in the Top 10 Holdings and weightings assigned to the companies in the entire portfolio.

Three months later, KOIN is doing better than BLCN, having survived the general market sell-off last May and making a comeback this June. Not so for BLCN which is still underperforming.

But… I just noticed that BLCN has revamped its Top 10 Holdings after the lackluster NASDAQ performance last May.

Thanks for the link. Scary!!! However, I’m still not convinced that buying coins is an immediate necessity. I’m still hoping that investing in the infrastructure, whether individual companies or ETFs, is still the better alternative.

Many thanks! My thinking also. Have purchased others like SAP and IBM for the same reason. Travis should have a thought here!
