This ”service” from Raging Bull deserves its own review. Awful! Horrible! Avoid!

Right now, the portfolio consists of 6 options. Two are worthless. The portfolio itself is down 32%. I have no idea how Kyle Dennis’s picks are so consistently bad. He’s part of the Raging Bull marketing series so they have the marketing down pat. However, the results are awful.

Actual options in the portfolio as I type this:

MRNS puts, up 22%
XXII calls, up 3%
MRNS calls, down 18%
BYND puts, down 25% (and some just bought this morning)
FOLD calls, down 95%
NIO calls, down 97% (and this was the ”buy this and if it doesn’t double you get a FREE YEAR of my great picks” pick)

I fell for the slick marketing and subscribed to Kyle Dennis’ biotech stock picking service. It was useless because on such thinly floated stocks his picks would shoot the price up and I could never get in on the same price he could. In retrospect, it was obvious he was front running his picks. I would avoid anything by Raging Bull.

Wish I saw this comment first before I joined. I’m never able to get in for the price Kyle Dennis does by the time he sends out his alert

Wow! Glad I read this. I am so tempted by his Dollar Ace service because I love trading options and would love an options signal service that works the way he’s claiming it does. But these reviews and the high price have put me off. He wants $1499 for a year. He claims to have a “scanner” that alerts him to unusual options activity that indicates when you should place puts or calls. He says you are profiting indirectly from illegal insider trading activity. I.e., when there’s sudden, unusually high buying of calls on a particular company’s stock it’s because insiders know some news catalyst is coming up. So if you buy alongside the “insiders” you will profit from the same news.

I just watched Kyle’s presentation for his new Dollar Ace. I was weak and signed up. I do believe there is some validity to unusual option activity. That is what this service is based on. I will let you know how the trades go.

Did you buy the one year to try it out or did you go for the lifetime.? I’m also curious to see how their service performs…what size account are you starting out with (if you don’t mind sharing). I’d like to keep up with you to see how you do. Best of luck. Swuone@gmail.com

My worse nightmare would be to have a lifetime relationship with Kyle Dennis. I charged back my subscription but my credit card company wants evidence and am now providing my experience with this guy and his never ending “new” upsell offers and different programs. I think he belongs in jail.

The whole Raging Bull service seems to be bait and switch. You buy a service then it gets rolled into another one of their services. I think most of their gains are due to FOMO of their members.

FYI, a reader called my attention to this story of a FTC crackdown on Raging Bull this week: https://www.pennlive.com/nation-world/2020/12/md-firm-offering-covid-19-pandemic-stock-tips-accused-of-137m-fraud.html

A day after the suit was filed, a Federal judge froze both corporate and individual assets of the principals and placed the company in receivership.

Betcha they’re scurrying like roaches at other Maryland locations right now.

2020 has been tough on grifters: The FTC fraud suit against Agora Financial going into its 2nd year; two state AG’s cracking down on Money Map Press; the settlement forced down the throat of Online Trading Academy. Mass layoffs and franchise closures due to “deliverability issues”. Copy writers forced to testify in Federal court on cooking up fraudulent nonsense like “Congressional Checks”. FTC v. Raging Bull just upped the ante for the principals in these enterprises.

So why is Maryland Attorney General Brian Frosh oblivious to having Conman Central right under his nose? Most of his time appears to have been spent attaching himself to silly anti-Trump lawsuits, so maybe his calendar is opening up next year…

Based on this weekend’s filings in Federal court, Raging Bull is now in what the company considers “hostile” receivership… unable even to make payroll last Friday. Never seen the Federal hammer fall so hard and so heavy on a company!

Contact the FTC attorneys trying this case. The complaint is signed by Colleen Robbins crobbins@ftc.gov alongside a bunch of others. Send her an email providing her with your info.

If OTA is any indication, the class action lawyers will start circling as soon as evidence can be subpoenaed from the FTC — they will find you when most of their discovery work has been done for them by the Feds.

Also, check in regularly at ftc.gov (News & Press Releases) or subscribe to the FTC newsfeed.

In case of a settlement, the FTC will publish the terms of the same, including and most importantly where and by when defrauded investors must register their claims.

This is typically a specific email address, and the period between publication and deadline expiring is weeks, not months — so time, as the lawyers say, is of the essence.

(Look for the recent Online Trading Academy settlement to get an idea of what you may need.)

In November I subscribed to Raging Bull’s Jason Bond Picks swing trading service (wish I had researched here first) but thankfully only shelled out $297 for 3 months . I was taken in by Jason’s claims of sending alerts and showing his intra-day trading positions in real-time his portfolio – which he does actually do BTW but very carefully manipulated to tell the best story . After a few weeks of tracking his trades on a watch list and trying to trade a few myself (which I lost money on 4 out of 5), I concluded that either his “fish hooks and rockets” strategy sucks or he is front-running his trades before he sends his alerts. Either way I won’t be wasting any more time or money on JB Picks.

In my second week JB started pushing a new service trading options spreads called Weekly Windfalls. As I’m very interested in learning more about options trading particularly the sell side which is a much better bet for making money, I succumbed to the high-pressure FOMO and paid for a year’s subscription for $1500 (there were no monthly or quarterly options unfortunately). Thank god I didn’t buy the lifetime subscription for $2500.

So now I’ve been in WW for a month, and I will say that as per JB’s marketing there is a lot of useful training and educational material available on the site which I’ve been taking full advantage of and learning from. HOWEVER, after closely monitoring his daily trading via his live online portfolio, I have observed a number of very troubling trends some of which are making me suspicious that he is not achieving and perhaps outright lying about his overall performance. As of last week I started taking frequent screen shots (and needless to say I was already saving all of his emails) to see if I can prove it.

Meanwhile I’m going to start a new thread with additional details on this topic under Weekly Windfalls in case there are people searching for info and guidance where my information might be helpful. I do know JB has lost somewhere between $150-200k in the last month (as he has more or less admitted that in email), and I would advise people not to trust this guy one bit – he is somewhere between not very competent to outright fraudulent.

he’s another Florida crook. Very handsome, very convincing, and you will lose money trying to trade his recos. Outright fraud is what he is doing. I have unsubscribed, charged back but he still sends me many e-mails every single day. This guy is one slick crook.

That is very interesting about Weekly Windfalls…after spending money on Monday Movers and Rooster Report…I suddenly received information on their NEWEST PROGRAM, WEEKLY WINDFALLS…Since your post is from 9 months again, he could have started with Weekly Windfalls before I spent the money on the other two…and it didn’t stop there….every day, I was getting emails on their new programs, which I bet are not so new like Weekly Windfalls. I am a newbie and I have NO IDEA WHAT JASON IS EVEN TALKING ABOUT IN HIS TRADES, so, I can’t even try to trade his recommendations for most of them and like what others were saying, even if I went to buy at the very second I received the report, it was too late…Sigh….that’s so sad….even sadder that my ex husband is creating havoc for our children and me in Court and I joined those 2 programs in the hopes of gaining some money for the attorney…I will have to file pro se now…but on a good note, its probably better that I didn’t understand what Jason was telling us to do so the only money I have lost so far is the payout for 1 years’ membership for each of them! I do have to say though, that I am learning from the reports that he sends out of why he thinks the trade and stock are a good investment….So, not all is lost and I will definitely take advantage of his education vault…and he does make it fun to learn with his spirit! A definite plus….Thankful to all of you who are commenting on here and informing the public before hard earned cash is lost! 🙂
