Personal Finance Pitch re Social Security “extra benefits”

PF sent out an ad headlined, ”Does the Government Owe You an Extra $1,003 a Month in Benefits?”
It ”doesn’t matter how much money you make. Or even how old you are.”
If it sounds too good to be true, etc.
But I’m curious. Anyone know what they’re talking about?
