Nothing TTD-specific to explain the fall, just dropping investor appreciation for the richly-valued cloud software stocks (and high-valuation stocks in general, really). Whether this is just the shift of the trend, or it’s caused by the WeWork scandal making us rethink valuations or by worries over global or political stuff, I dunno, but the high price/sales stocks have all fallen more or less en masse over the past month. Here’s a little chart with some comparisons, you can see that of this group TTD is roughly in the middle:
