What is the “Pot Startup Alert: Turn $500 into $124,120” that Crowdability is pushing

They are suggesting that, what they call “The First National Bank of Marijuana” will turn a $500 investment into >$24,000.
Do you know which stock they are referring to?

I was also looking for this answer. Usually Crowdability touts a private company that is raising money on the crowdfunding sites (wefunder, republic, seedinvest) so I checked those sites but could not find a company that fits this description. It must be on another crowdfunding site that I am not aware of.
