that are supposedly returning unbelievable returns . they gave some examples they spoke of but gave no names. One was on a rotary engine and the other was focused on recycling. Have you heard anything about these start-ups or any info on some of the start-ups names. Thanks

What is the history of those who have become Angel investors. Are they satisfied with their $1400 investment with Aneland Entreneurs?

Has anyone joined yet? It sounds to good.

I just joined, but they haven’t sent me anything yet. Usually you’d expect an immediate response. So far they’ve tried to sell me up into a lifetime membership and told me to call for another deal. I passed on those. I’ll reserve judgement for now.

I listened to the call as well. All of the opportunities sound good on the surface. Forget the potential insane returns for a second. When they got to the $1450 annual fee (or whatever it was) I backed off. There are too many free crowd funding sites out there. Republic, WeFunder, etc..

They also gave some clues which I’ve had no luck in verifying yet. On the recycling project they state the HQ is in NJ and that Inc Magazine labeled the CEO as one of top CEO’s under the age of 30. I went to Inc and found an August article about 30 year old CEO’s, but not what I was looking for. Searched for a recycling (even waste management) company in NJ. So far, nothing.

Let me know of anyone finds out anything. Recycling that makes investors money would be very interesting if it’s true.

I posted somewhere else here that these clowns are just scouring the sites like We Funder , Republic and Start Engine, finding new starts that are listed, do some basic home work on them and dress it up as you beaut ,”in depth research” , cutting edge analysis, we have unique insight blah blah blah .
The new motor they push is Liquid Piston from Republic site for example and it has already been featured on TV and media .
Patel really is bottom feeder with his crap.
The other one in their latest pitch is Ternio ….. again from Republic…..
Noticed a comment here asking about the Recycling company they have miraculously found… its most likely Terracycle from Start Engine site.. once again these Angels and Enterprise folks just dressing up information that is already out there to get your dollars ….. bottom feeders….

I had just finished convincing myself the recycling company has to be TerraCycle and I see monty5235 above had already named it. I’m not going to be buying into this service, but I am wondering about whether these 3 would be good investments.

    From the TerraCycle website:

“Stock Price $100 per share, seven shares minimum. Additional investments in $100 increments.
    Annual Sales (USA) $27,119,633
    Gross Profit (USA) $13,414,619
    Cash on Hand (USA) $13,001,182
Dividend Once a year. At least a minimum of 50% of our after-tax profits provided that TerraCycle US Inc. meets state law conditions for paying dividends.

Liquid Piston was the first one and it’s already closed (“oversubscribed”) even though I received the Angels and Entrepreneurs’ pitch email about it today. It was filled last April.

    From StartEngine:
“As you know – LiquidPiston embarked on a crowdfunding campaign with StartEngine in January, which was extraordinarily successful. We raised the maximum allowed under Reg CF ($1.07M) in just 9 hours, which was probably a record for the industry. This gratifying as it indicates that a lot of people are following the Company and believe in our mission of disrupting the combustion engine as we know it – with significantly reduced size, weight, reduction in fuel consumption, resulting CO2 impact as well as other greenhouse gases. We were also fortunate to have been evaluated by and featured by Neil Patel and the Angels and Entrepreneurs Network: https://angelsandentrepreneurs.com
As numerous individuals continue to contact us directly inquiring about the possibility of investing in the Company, we are currently accepting accredited investors for direct investment (minimum $25K). If interested please contact invest@liquidpiston.com. ”

Ternio also oversubscribed and round one is closed.
ATLANTA, June 25, 2020 /PRNewswire/ — The global fintech platform Ternio has finished its first equity crowdfunding campaign this month. Ternio successfully raised $1.07 million from 3,890 investors while hosting its campaign on Republic.co. The valuation cap was set at $15 million with a minimum investment of $100. After closing the sold-out round on June 13, 2020, many investors were forced to join the waiting list.
