I finished watching the video. The pick for tech royalty was Ethereum. The video does not exactly discribes what a tech royalty is. It sounds like crypto staking to me.
Is what Teeka calling tech royalty just crypto staking ? Does anyone know?

I’ve been told – Yes (by a very reliable source) – Teekas “Tech Royalties” are just crypto staking.

tech royalties is staking. A royalty is an intermittent payment on something you own. So if you own a coin that stakes, then so long as you own it, you’re paid almost like an interest payment every few days. Not all coins stake. Check something like Exodus.com to see a what coins can be staked and what your “interest” earned annually could be, but then it’s paid out every few days.

I have been in crypto for a bit and actually “staking “ kinda reminds me of a dividend- – you park your coin for 3 months in return for around 5-6 %- generally the stronger the coin the less they payout if it all. The hardest thing to get used to is that crypto seems to trade 24/7/365–and i have done very well but it certainly is volatile.

I watched it. It’s ethereum. Unsure how you claim a “tech royalty” though. I am a Palm Beach research group subscriber and I am utterly perturbed that they have come out with nothing exciting in the last few months and save this crypto based research for a while entirely new subscription. I likely won’t be signing up again, but we will see what they come up with. I am also subscribed to Palm Beach venture – $4500 a year for who knows what- again. Making the investments and we shall see how they fair.

If anyone had info on the tech royalty’s Let’s talk.

Yeah, it pisses me off, too. I’m sick of their money-grubbing tactics. Seems like when you pay the stiff price for PB Confidential you ought to be entitled to any new research they possess. Greedy bastards.

I totally agree! We should be entitled to the information. I also don’t understand how we can purchase the tech royalties if they aren’t available on brokerage accounts yet if they aren’t cryptocurrencies. Is the newsletter going to give us the picks and then access to a database to purchase them? In the video Teka said we can’t get to them without a “back channel”

Be careful with XRP – being delisted from some exchanges for SEC investigation. Very nice coin and very useful, but going through some things right now. Was de-listed from coinbase. I used to use XRP to transfer large amounts of money with no fee and within seconds. Loved it.

Hi Paul! I have ethereum, and it’s easy to be able to purchase it at low cost, there are many apps/websites that you can use such as robinhood, coinbase, you can store it in an online wallet like Exodus, you can also use a site called Gemini to purchase

I expected them to help me since clearly I’m new to this and can’t purchase on Ameritrade. any help will be great?

Hi Lowell, I am new to Teeka’s stuff. IT makes sense that you can get it on an app like Robinhood, but that is just a general stock right? How can you get the “TECH ROYALTY” he is talking about? I don’t see how you could get that from an app like Robinhood.

I don’t think Robinhood offers staking, but I could be wrong. I know Exodus does. Coinbase a little. Teeka’s Tech Royalties is a staking reward on certain cryptocurrency coins. I respect his knowledge and research.

Not all coins offer this staking reward. Tech royalty is not referring to a stock. you’d have to go on Coinbase or some kind of cryptocurrency exchange to buy the type of coins that offer staking rewards, buy the coins, and hold them long term to earn the staking reward or “tech royalty”.

Only for example, Cardano’s ADA coins has a handsome staking reward of 4.22% annual paid out weekly and is only trading for $1.2 something like that. you could buy more of ADA coin and earn more rewards, than say buying ATOM for $19 but offers 10.22%. Just like penny stocks, you get more reward by buying more multiples.

There two classes of Ethereum : Ethereum Classic (ETC) and Ethereum (ETH). In his video Teeka recommended ETH. I do not want to buy Cryptos because of the hacking risks. Fortunately in this case there is another way. I have just bought $500 worth of shares in the Grayscale Ethereum Trust code ETHE via my stockbroker. They trade in the OTC market. Hope this helps.

you could also get exposure to BTC via mining (RIOT or MARA) or fintechs (PYPL, SQ, MSTR, etc). In those trusts, there are fees built into the share price to run the trust and so you end up paying those in the share price. Probably the easiest way to buy actual coins is Coinbase, but there are other websites of course. Coinbase has a very user friendly app and website. Can fund it from your bank account.

Ethereum will pay a royalty when it switches to a PoS model from the PoW model it is currently on. It’s likely a buy and hold until it switches – when it does switch, everyone will want to buy it as it’s the second largest crypto and it will be paying dividends

That is exactly why Big T recommends putting in a small stake. Those suckers ARE volatile…and if you have too much invested it will definitely keep you up at night. That said, for my two cents worth, I’ve come up with a rule to sell off 1/5 once a crypto has gone up 500%. It’s worked out pretty well for me even with the craziness.

I believe in LINK too. It was trading at $3 a year ago, now it’s up near $30 (3/2/2021). It also just released something called OCR or Off Chain Reporting, which is a huge deal in blockchain technology for ALL blockchains, not just LINK. In fact, there are OTHER CRYPTOs that use Chainlink’s service to improve their own blockchain!

Another good “growth” coin that is poised for exponential gains is Cardano ADA. There have been a few catalysts recently (March 2021). First, Gene Simmons of KISS is a buyer ! haha. Second, Cardano was founded by one of the Ethereum co-founders, and Cardano is pushing for implementing blockchain in Africa and underserved countries (Africa was named one of the top countries for future growth). Once established and has access to Africa’s population, then Cardano will aggressively market to US Fortune 500 companies to sell their products to the population of Africa. And third, they just released a hard fork (basically a system upgrade) that allows new native tokens to be created and still trade on the Cardano blockchain. A year ago, ADA was trading for $0.30 (US) and is now trading for $1.23 (2400% gain in 1 year). Because these catalysts are recent, I don’t think it’s too late. I think even now, can still be considered “early” if buying ADA coin. Just think if ADA even just goes to $10.!

Not trade advice, but these 2 are growing and have rationale catalysts for growth, unlike something stupid like DOGE coin which has no purpose and only goes up and down based on pure speculation.

Watch the Elegance podcast, they say they’ll be periodically updating their investors over the next few months, on the upcoming IPO. The owner says it should be around September 2020, as they are now working on supplying all the contract signed, to put the Gorilla Hemp CBD Energy drinks in ALL the stores that have contracts. To grow the company’s valuation by letting folks taste the products. Growing value in the company and possibly attracting a Larger Co. to possibly buy them out…but the owner stated it’s ALL to grow wealth of the shares price upon the IPO, to create value for the investors.

Thanks, guys — after 35 minutes of listening to Teeka spew out random dollar amounts for “tech royalties,” I’m about ready to pull my hair out!

He just mentioned cryptocurrencies — for the first time — just past the 36-minute mark!

Ethereum staking isn’t available yet, but is supposed to be going live at some point soon.

My favourite staking crypto right now is Tezos (XTZ) — they call it “baking.”

I suffered through that thing, and ETH is the one he is recommending but dont know of any method to stake a dividend, and I do have some ETH. I do subscribe to Teeka’s Palm Beach Confidential, and that did well in 2017, but poorly in 2018 and 2019.

Just looking at XTZ, according to CryptoTradeSmith, it turned green (buy) on 03 Feb at $2.57. Volatility is 35%. Chart looks very positive.

Tron TRX crypto has .74% interest every 24 hours. It is very easy to get on trust wallet, as well as many other cryptos. You can get a mobile version of Trust Wallet on your phone. Has many Dapps integrated as well, for example a middle man exchange that is linked to many other exchanges with little fees. Which allows you to exchange a vast amount of cryptos very quickly and easily. There are many other cool Dapps such as this.

I am also wondering about these Tech Royalties… I do know about ETH, but where would it need to be staked? So this XTZ you are saying I have to keep it in Trust Wallet? And not like MEW?

I’m in the same position but just recently picked up on where to go for staking in one of Teeka’s daily emails. Check out Celsius.com. It’s actually really cool and one of the best places for staking I’ve seen yet. You can stake at other places like KuCoin and Crypto.com as well but for the best rates I haven’t seen them beat Celsius for consistently high returns. Really interested in this switch of proof for Etherium mentioned above, that would be pretty stellar. Why not put some ETH into one of these wallets to earn a little more while I wait? Not required, but if you care to use a referral code when you sign up for Celsius 1221506d45. KuCoin, Coinbase, or Crypto.com email me at kalanmceuen1@gmail.com. Thanks if you do.

BTW, Before I moved to a different state I began the process of buying bitcoin and completed the process except for my picture for security. Now because everything I entered has changed; email, phone, address, drivers license, I can’t prove I paid $500 into an account. An emergency required I take fast action so am I out of luck? Anyone?

I’ve paid for the Palm Beach Quant service (buying and selling options) but haven’t done anything with this yet. Most recent instructions have turned a good profit recently. I listened to the Tech Royalty chat last night. Not sure what to do! I didn’t realise that the Quant service really is hard for me to understand but I’m persevering. If anyone can shed any light, happy to discuss. It’s the actual instructions on how to buy and sell a call/put which I don’t understand. Also interested in this Tech Royalty idea, but about to read up more on it… won’t be spending any extra money with TT currently but do think he has good ideas.
