Oxford Club[1] talks about ”The SECURE Act is a Bold Cash Grab to Take Up to One-Third of Americans’ Retirement Assets” first passed by the House. Then, after a lot of pushback on Senators, they rolled
it into the Fiscal Spending Bill, ramrodded & passed around last Christmas. To escape the Congressional tax-grab, the article suggests moving your money out of your traditional IRA, Roth Acc’t, or
whatever into a new type of retirement[2] account, the ”IRS-Proof Retirement Account”, which you can only find out about by signing up for Oxford’s investment service. Anyone know what this account is, or where you can find info about it?
