The one stock keeping me from drowning is ZM, check it out♂️
Travis I admire your perspektive and calmnes. Wish I would be more like you. Can not buy, im freaking out, think next leg down is coming very soon…
Could be. If you can predict when it will happen, or identify when the “next leg down” it’s over, then you should wait. I can’t, so I’m moving small and slow.
Hey Travis: could You find out what the topic of Tier 2 gold could be referencing..
Thank You: for Your assistance..

Thanks for the pig picture reminder, and the humour as well, Travis!
Travis , good read. What is your opinion on Regional Management Group (RM) Enova Internatinal (ENVA) Centrury Comunications (CCS) Brookfield Inferstucture Partners (BIP)
Care Trus Reit (CTRE) and Bank of NT Butterfield & Son (NTB).
In your article you mention micr-dose buying, is that you are buying just a couple of shares or your buying fractions of the stock (possible on Robinhood I believe).
Thank You Mr. Travis,
P.S Stay Healthy
I don’t know those companies off the top of my head, but will try to take a quick look. By micro-dosing I mean allocating small amounts of the portfolio at a time, in the range of 0.1% — that doesn’t require fractional shares in my case, though I don’t object to them.
Hey Travisn another jem of a FridayFile!
Would you consider selling a larger part of your $IIPR position and buy long dated calls instead?
Those calls aren’t crazy priced…
Sure, that’s one way to lock in exposure and an effective stop loss (since you can’t lose more than you pay for the call options). I haven’t checked the pricing or judged whether it makes sense for me personally, but I’ve occasionally used that strategy before. The downside is that if the stock just chugs along below your call price, with dividends compounding, then you miss out on gradually building a larger position through dividend reinvestment — the upside is that you don’t get mired in indecision if things get really ugly and PharmaCann, for example (their largest tenant still, I believe) goes bankrupt.
Hello Travis, I very much enjoy your thoughts on the stocks that you intend to buy or sell. My question would be: is it possible to know a little bit more about the price range that you think a certain stock is worth buying? I see you put price ranges on some of them, but not so in others. This range is very valuable to me as I just started investing in the beggining of this crisis (lucky I didn’t do it a month sooner), and can’t really trust in my own valuations yet . Thank you very much!
Sure, I’ll try to be clearer about noting the prices at which I buy and sell when I write.
Thanks for the info.
Any one know what tier 2 gold is in the tease regarding gold: loop hole..
