Chris Wood[1] ran a teaser today for his 5X newsletter about an almost guaranteed upcoming merger that would benefit from the initializing of streaming advertising. He indicated the merger would take place March 30 and to get into a stock he classifies as tiny before that date would be almost guaranteed 2,000% returns. Any indication of what that stock could be? The timing would be tight if indeed there is a planned merger for March 30. I am curious about this one. Thank you.

I searched for SEC filings March 30 2020 merger and found a proxy ballot for a proposed merger between The Rubicon Project and Telaria.

The presentation itself was incredibly tedious and a long-winded pitch to subscribe to Project 5X.
I appreciate the research.
Thanks for the link, i have done a little reasearch and it goes like this :

Thanks Alex. I agree with what you say about the presentation. Any idea on which of the two stocks was he advising to buy? The Rubicon Project or Telaria?
My guess is Telaria since those shareholders will be receiving 1.082 RUBI shares for each TLRA share.
Is it not the other way around? From the link below seems like RUBI execs are in the top 2 of 3 C-suite positions.

Possibly another pitch for the same company?
It’s exactly the same pitch.
They put the phone number lol. Its for Rubicon merging with Telaria
LOL! And the address and the SEC case number! Didn’t even need to get the Thinkolator warm to crack this one!
Chris Wood also talks about the fact that “the company” has already signed a deal with Hulu…
