I think he is referring to outlaw of cash or something like that.
How credible is this? Anyone knows?

All I’m expecting is the beginning of many EARNINGS REPORTS. Many (most)? will NOT be GOOD. I’m anticipating a drop in the market, so the announcement of a CASHLESS SOCIETY would fit right in! Let’s see what happens…sounds rather exciting!
